At The Music Box students are prepared for  Conservatory Canada exam requirements. Students from beginner to advanced levels can choose to be examined at one of the three available  exam sessions in June, August or February.  Students will be taught the technical requirements for the appropriate level even if the option to be examined is declined. Though it is not mandatory to complete conservatory exams, it is strongly encouraged.  Students deserve to have certification for their hard work. An exam certificate is proof of that accomplishment. The exam experience teaches students to focus on their music, zeroing in on details and polishing and it teaches them to value their work as they receive both positive feedback and constructive criticism for further growth.

Conservatory Canada theoretical requirements are also taught at The Music Box and can be examined in January, May or August. (written exams)
